Air Hydraulic Tool Change Unclamping Cylinder( Intensifiers) – HUC Series

Designed for direct-drive spindles, with or without through-spindle coolant, and able to run from either a booster or a hydraulic power pack. Enlarged air and oil ports raise tool-change speed, anti-rotation and sensor-mounting features make setting up straightforward, and the rod and body receive an anti-corrosion treatment. Hydraulic Booster Cylinder

  • Can be used with or without Coolant Thru Spindle(CTS)
  • Use with hydraulic power booster(oil/air) or hydraulic power unit(oil only)
  • Enlarged air/oil outlet design for faster tool changing
  • Equipped with rotation resistance and sensors for easy adjusting
  • High endurance seals facilitate low oil consumption and not easy to cold
  • Rod and cylinder body specially protected against rust and corrosion
