Boosting Cylinder for Machining Center
Choose by spindle type:
Belt- or gear-driven spindles: BPT unclamping cylinders. BPTH for higher drawbar force, BPTQ and BPTHQ with a quick-exhaust valve for faster tool change.
Direct-drive and built-in spindles: a BPF booster driving an HUC hollow cylinder, with or without through-spindle coolant. BPFQ for faster tool change.
No air in the spindle cylinder: Dual-Oil BPT-D and BPF-D. Both ends run on oil. DV for vertical, DH for horizontal mounting.
All-pneumatic, no oil near the spindle: DJ2A, for drawbar forces up to 1,000 kg.
Z-axis counterbalance: ZB.
